TrinityZeiss LSM 880 NLO AxioExaminer with Airyscan (Trinity)

– Ultra-sensitive, upright confocal featuring 2-photon imaging and GaAsP detectors
– Airyscan super-resolution technology, up to 1.7-fold better resolution than standard scanning confocal microscopes
– Large motorized stage for combined electrophysiology and imaging
– 20X SCALE objective in addition to standard objectives

NeoZeiss LSM 880 NLO AxioExaminer with OPO (Neo)

– 2-photon imaging from 700-1300 nm
– Ultra-sensitive, upright confocal imaging
– Large motorized stage for combined electrophysiology and imaging

Rachel copyZeiss LSM 780 NLO AxioExaminer (Rachel)

– Ultra-sensitive, upright confocal featuring 2-photon imaging with GaAsP detectors
– Fully spectral system with imaging in the visible range from 400-700nm
– Large fixed stage for combined electrophysiology and imaging

– 34-Channel Spectral Detector
– Motorized XY-stage for tile scan and multi-position experiments

MF3i/Sutter In Vivo MOM-SLM (Millenium Falcon)

– Dual-multiphoton Movable Objective Microscope (MOM) system uniquely designed for in vivo optogenetic studies using a Spatial Light Modulator (SLM).
– Special training required.

– Excellent for imaging small, transparent organisms, such as zebrafish and Drosophila.

– Automated slide scanner for brightfield and fluorescent slides.

IncuCyte copyEssen IncuCyte Zoom

– Fully automated imager inside an incubator, allowing for long-term (i.e., multi-day) imaging.
– Available optics: phase contrast, green fluorescence, and red fluorescence at 4x, 10x, or 20x.
– Features whole well imaging at 4x.

– Macro scope with 16x motorized zoom, transmitted, and reflected light.
– Motorized XY-stage, ideal for multi-acquisition (i.e., multi-position and tiling).

– Fluorescent stereoscope ideal for screening and dissections.

– Inverted compound microscope with DIC optics.
